Please let us know what you chose for attire...do you have to dress in drag?
I'm sure the show is tons of fun.I ended up doing Christmas shopping in the afternoon, so no costume--but there was some impressive ones there! My favorite was the dreidel serving the bacon to the audience.
You are dressing up for Pirate night on the boat, right??? If I find anything in the costume closet, I might. DH wants to, so he might be a pirate without a wench, you never know.

d saw Rent with Adam and Anthony from the original Broadway cast. DD was sooo excited. The show was wonderful.
That is one show that I've always wanted to see, that I never have.

Next weekend we have too many plans. lol. Why is it either all or nothing?

Our Christmas is going to be celebrated on Dec 19th when our oldest daughter gets married We still have sooo much to do and so little time left!!

I think you have the most stressful holiday season of all.

We'll put the tree up in the house sometime this week, and when it's time to take it down......it'll be almost time to cruise!!!

I am writing to all of you from the future. It is currently 740 am on monday I think the 7th not to sure:. I just got off shift so when I saw 7:40 i THOUGHT IT WAS pm not am. I was confused. Now I am going. Just farting around on the internet then going to rack out in my bunk.

I wish that I could go to Tokyo Disney while I am here but it looks like I will not get a day off, and the fact that I am no where near Tokyo.

Today is a getting things done day, such as...
- getting our transfers to the port taken care of
- double checking the allergy notations in our booking
- double checking with the cruise line how our family can purchase gifts for us (we told them, for christmas, stuff for the cruise would be great)
- Getting said info to the family
- double checking a few of the rules and regulations that I wanted to be sure about

I've been watching the cat 12 gty forum too. When I saw the upgrades posted for williamson JA and ljcrochet, I went to the DCL site. We have been placed in a cat 9 We are on the first deck so I guess we will have the small portholes, but that's a-o-k with me. It's nice to have the larger room. At least on the lower level we may have easy disembarkations on the islands.

I will see you on Deck 1. I had check for a cabin assigment on Friday, it was not there. Then I saw that williamson JA, had a cabin on saturday. Check again and saw mine. I think this is the lowest deck I have ever been on, and the first time cruising with a port hole (or 2 little portholes). I am so glad that i'm next door to my MIL's cabin, since my DD's have told us that they plan on sleeping in her cabin all cruise. Not sure what will happen, but at least we are next door. Last time we cruised with MIL, we had inside cabins that shared the inside wall, so she was directly behind us.

I love you guys! I just checked our stateroom assignments last week and had resigned myself to have to wait a couple of more weeks but after reading your posts I saw we have ours too. We got an upgrade from Cat 6 to Cat 5 # 7098. I love the location. I feel sprinkled with pixie dust.

For those who are on Deck 1, we stayed in 1060 once and really enjoyed it. There is very little traffic on that Deck. Just becareful because you can't get to the room from the aft stairs/elevators and after having a couple of those drinks of the day it can be difficult to remember why you can't get to the room. Not that we know that from experience.

BTW - no small print problems here.

Your family was one of the ones I was worried about, I know my parents are starting to have 'small print' problems. It's good to know that (is it your or your DHs?) isn't!

Yes, me too! I wish some more people would sign up so I have an excuse to make more. It is my dad who is the Disney nut. Funny enough, for years he could not understand why I visited WDW every year. Then I moved to Florida and draged him to the Animal Kingdom and he has been hooked ever since.

I remember how crazy things got right before my wedding day, but then we had an unexpected guest - Hurricaine Willma! Somehow things all seem to come together in the end.

I think I understand, but then I got use to crazy time changes when my brother was overseas. Hawaii is a heck of a lot closer to Tokyo than Florida, I know I would want to sneak a trip in if I could.

I have to make four at a time, so I'll have extras anyway... maybe I'll bring the extras and just offer them to anyone who wants. Honestly, we're doing the FE more because we like the idea of sneaking around and gifting, not because we want the gifts ourselves--well, maybe DH does. I'm the one who sneaks around to wrap christmas gifts months ahead of time, but when asked if I want anything myself, I can never think of anything.

I went to AC Moore last night and bought our family supply of "Dis-green" t-shirts. Think I will try to make them this week while kiddos are at school. Do we have a "themed picture" to use? I found some iron on letters with skull/crossbones on them.-plan to use them to put our names on the back of the tees. Does that sound too middle school???

I think your pirate letter sound cool. My DD said their was NO WAY I was getting her into matching t-shirts. I begged just to board but she would not budge. Teenagers.

There would be NO WAY in %#$* DH would do a matching shirt thing either. I was shocked when he put the pirate hat, eye patch, and hoop earring on for Pirate Night on our last cruise! Of course, that was after a day of drinking it up on St. Martin! If I can get a few in him before we leave for port...............maybe. But not likely given the fact we are planning on getting there around 11:00 AM.

My DH has been working on a logo thing, he's almost done with it, but probably won't be able to finish it until this weekend.
It's kind of busy looking, though, if anyone wants to put out their own.

There in lies the error. I haven't told DH we're doing matching shirts, I'll just hand it to him while we're trying to rush out of the Radisson". We'll see what happens, worse case is I'm out 2.50 for the t-shirt. He can always mow the lawn in it
