They have some minnie mouse "mary jane" styles and some flip-flops included in the sale (crocs refers to flip-flops as thongs- but I define thong in another way- and I promise NOONE wants to witness me sporting my definition by the pool )

Almost down to a month to go. Unfortunately my goal of hitting the gym hardcore until that time has been interupted by Xmas parties, shopping, wrapping gifts, basketball practices (& a trip to the ER after a basketball injury to DS- 7 stitches). The illusion of getting in shape prior to cruise is starting to fade........

I can't say I planned to hit the gym hardcore (my core hasn't even been firm much less hard since DD-11 came into being ) but I have started running again. I have this crazy idea that I want to run the Castaway Cay 5K. So this week I went back to the gym I find 1 mile is my current ability... so if I add 1/10 mile each day ... I should be in South Carolina by spring

Who knows maybe I can make DH a T-shirt that says Castaway Cay 5K to go with the other one

Just because I "planned" on hitting the gym hardcore doesn't mean my core would be firm or hard no matter how much I go. I go more for the "illusion" that my core may get firmer.......but same here, 2 kids- 1 born over 9lbs & the other was approaching 9lbs........my core is shot!

I'm sure your DH will just love all the shirts you so kindly made for him

Just an update... So, my dh found out about his surprise birthday trip. I've found that having 4 kids in the house is NOT good for keeping secrets. At any rate, he is thrilled to be going on our first cruise and is helping me pick some great excursions.

I can't wait to feel that warm sunshine next month!! Lots of snow here and below 0 temperatures all week. lol.

We have been a quiet bunch as of late. Must be the holiday season catching up with everyone.

I know that most of you are knee deep in snow and cold weather but it was a balmy 80 F here by the port today (at least a 30 min drive from the port). If it wasn't night, I would be thinking of turning the AC on. I'm doing my best to keep the weather nice for y'all.

Finished up my door magnets and FE gifts today. I guess I really need to think about packing next.

The only good thing I can say about my diet is I'm not gaining.

So, my dh found out about his surprise birthday trip. I've found that having 4 kids in the house is NOT good for keeping secrets.

Sorry he found out but keeping the kids quiet this long had to be an accomplishment. You can still suprise him with something special on the ship.

DH is finally done with this, he apologizes for both the time and quality as it was his first foray into graphic design--of course it gave him reason to buy new software.

I haven't even finished the kids school projects... oh wait, was it the teachers' intention that the kids would do them... maybe I can start FE gifts... if my kids do their own projects for school

Awesome!!! I'm sure my DH will thank him personally (in his dis-green t-shirt) I think it is a terrific logo, and I love that it is a one of a kind! Thank you to Bunless-DH for the hours spent! I'm sure it will end up on many door magnets, and in many scrapbooks.

OMG! We leave exactly 1 month from today! We're flying in the Friday night before our cruise and today makes 1 month!!! I gotta say I'm starting to loose the Christmas spirit. With having to do the normal everyday stuff in addition to the Christmas stuff and getting ready for the cruise.............I am so ready for Christmas to be over. And the cruise to begin

I love it. Tell your husband thank you, thank you. Dumbo holding the DIS ears is too cute. I also like that he but the gator (don't know his name yet) from The Princess and the Frog on there. So sorry he had to buy new software though, .

Has anyone received their documents yet? I thought since they had assigned us staterooms the docs wouldn't be far behind. Not that I really need anything but it is fun to get them in the mail.

OMG! We leave exactly 1 month from today:

I know. Today, around 3pm I was said 'this time in one month, we will be landing in Orlando. I smiled, I sighed, I was happy.

I also like that he but the gator (don't know his name yet) from The Princess and the Frog on there.

His name is Louis, the only reason I know that was because we saw the Princess and the Frog section filmed at Disneyland for the Christmas Parade. I got to hear the Louis shout outs many, many, many times.

The documents are coming soon! I got a call from DCL 2 days ago saying that they are coming. My mailing address and house address are different and they needed my house address because they are sending them with UPS. Can't wait!! I month from today we'll be boarding the Magic!!

I can't wait, but i can't belive it is only a month away. I still have no clue what i'm packing or what shore excursions we are planning on doing.
I'm planning on bring a photo mat for the characters to sign. I read that I can bring it to guest services and they will get all the characters to sign it.

I know several people were interested in doing this but we had already taken the remaining 4 places. Well, best laid plans and all that. My husband took a headfirst dive down some concrete steps and broke his wrist. We will said anyhow but he certainly won't be able to navigate a sailboat. So we just cancelled 4 places on that tour, if anyone wants to grab it.

Yikes! Just booked last minute! DH, DS (14), DD (11), DD (7)... couldn't pass up the great rate. Our fourth time on the Magic. Can't believe we did it... with less than a month to plan!
