I worked at the Magic Kingdom for a few years starting in 2001. I worked mostly at The World Famous Jungle Cruise & on Main Street, USA. I've pulled shifts in all 4 parks, picking up overtime shifts.

As for "Old School" I'm only 29, but I've been around the DIS for a loooooooong time. I've seen it go through a lot of major changes. I used to post under an old name several years ago, but then there was this big falling out and it got weird...Tons of people knew me back then.

We do love our DVC!

Love that you worked for the Mouse!! I tried to get my college son to do the college program after he graduated in 2005, but to no avail! I KNOW y'all worked hard! And as far as the Jungle Cruise...we love that one, because when my now grown up son was 5, he was allowed to 'steer' the boat! ...sweet sweet memories!

and as you can tell...I've been here since 2003, but didn't post much those first few years...mostly about CBR and the parks..

ME TOO!!! . I hate fish. Well, I will eat it if it's mostly breaded as in fish sticks, or the Filet O'Fish from McDonalds. However shellfish...highly allergic..not a pretty sight.

I hope we get to see Pluto. I hardly ever get to see him at WDW. I don't want to trample children to have my picture with him so I usually hang in the back and take my picture of him.

I am sure you will see plenty of Pluto. The characters are everywhere. If you see them just walk up and mug a pic with them. They love it and have fun with it. The only characters you will not see are the Winnie the Pooh characters.

Oh no, what if someone is at the table with any of you and they eat shrimp? Is that bad? My stepmom is HIGHLY allergic and we couldn't even be in the same room with her!

I HATE fish as well. My husband thinks I'm crazy because I LOVE tuna fish sandwiches, but won't eat any other kind of fish...and tuna is the fishiest of them all I have tried and tried, but somehow my gag reflex always kicks in!

Doesn't affect me unless I actually eat it.

THAT'S when my gag reflex kicks in. Tuna comes in a can and there's no chance of an eyeball looking at me during dinner.

I can be around other people eating it, I just can't eat it myself. It won't kill me but just makes me very. I also can't stand to be nearby while someone cooks it. Sorry for my DH. If he cooks it then I have to go outside so he rarely eats it. We go to Red Lobster once a year for his birthday. They have 1 chicken dish that I can eat. I keep telling him that this cruise will be his chance to eat all the seafood he wants.

That is me too. I can eat tuna or very white fish like at Long John Silvers. That is the ONLY fish I can eat. It is very wierd. I am the only one in my family it affects that way. I found out at a restaurant when I was little. It wasn't a pretty sight believe me..

And a big thanks to everybody for the hugs and good wishes. Losing our Rally was quite a blow for our little family, but we are muddling through, and I promise that my cruise is NOT canceled

I had heard the chicken parm was great so I really want to try it. I am thinking Grumpy too. That is DH's guy too. I think he has the same shirt?

That's a good point! We've always had the late seating so I have never gone to either of those buffets! I will this time!!

You are right, but I must say that yes I do love Grumpy, I love my Dodgers even more. I wear that hat most of the time. As a matter of fact, unless we go to Disneyland it is the only hat I wear. If not that one then one of my DVC hats.
