Are the parks really more crowded on their magic hour day?

MK tends to get very crowded on those days around noon, but during the hour itself and shortly thereafter it's the least crowded I've ever found it. We do MK's EE, eat lunch, and then hop over to another park. We like taking the monorail to Epcot.

I agree. Best to go right in for the EMH and then maybe another hour after that, and then depart for another park, or back to spend time at your wonderful Disney resort. That's our plan at least.

My oldest daughter just decided to come down with us for a couple of days. I haven't contacted my Disney resort yet.

How much does it usually run for an extra adult in a value resort?

To take advantage of early entry will she also have to have a resort key?

(Okay, the truth...I'm trying to 'save' money but help her get the most out of her three days there.)
