Magic express

I rented points from someone for the BCV at the end of May. Today I called and tried to set up the Magic express on our arrival. I called Disney reservation's and they informed me that they can not see the DVC experienced this. Did I call the wrong people? It is to late to reach the DVC today but I am going to worry till I am able to get a hold of them, so if someone has had simular experience please share.

DVC reservations are certainly eligible for Magic Express service, but it must be arranged thru DVC. Contact the member who rented to you and ask them to contact MS with your arrival information.
