Magic Express

hey All
My family and I are going for the 3rd in 4 years in 20 days so excited.
I got a weird phone call from magic express that they were trying to send me some of our magic express stuff and it got sent back. We been at our house for 3 years and the last 2 times we got them no problem. I called them they are going to try to resend them. They say it is just the yellow tags. We never use them since we always do carry on not check bags. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue. Our magic bands should be here today or tomorrow. Cannot wait I think I am more excited this time than the other times.

I once had my DME packet to to my address but with the wrong zip code. It went to Kentucky and disappeared - probably because my city doesn't even exist there, never mind my address! My HA got it sent again quickly, so I have no idea when or even if Disney got the original returned.

Well I am not worry too much about it we dont do check bags we always do carry on. And we got our magic bands the other day so not worry about it too much

You should call the official Magical Express number (866-599-0951) or an official Disney number. Not a number someone who called you on the phone gave you.

You don't want to give your address and arrival date (read: away from home date) to some imposter who might burglarize your home. Yes they can fake your caller ID to say they are from Disney.

That is the number I actually called thx though
