Magic express

Flights are booked with Delta but operated by Virgin. What do I put on my magic express application for flight details?

I would use the VA flight number, that's the actual flight you are on. Although doesn't matter that much, if they searched for your Delta flight number it would show same times/details.

as its a code share I would put on the Delta details. TBH I don't think it'll really matter which code you put on really

Another one doing a code share

I called and added my BA flight numbers to my ME Booking. The next day I canceled and rebooked the exact same flights through AA

I phoned WDTC back and the agent told me that it really doesn't matter but she could have it amended if I preferred.

It might matter more if you are wanting them to collect your luggage for you, but even then, you'd be handing over the tags to them in any event.
