magic express vs. car service?

Can anyone tell me how your experience has been with the new magic express?
I was planning on having a car service pick us up and stopping at a grocery before heading to POFQ.
But, now we are wondering if it would be better to get magic express and just take a cab to the store in the evening.
I want to begin our WDW experience as soon as possibe. Can anyone tell me if
1. YOu had to wait for magic express at the airport.
2. You had to stop at a lot of resorts and how long did it take
3. Other info.

Anybody wanting to use Magical Express now at Orlando International Airport will have a long, long wait for a motor coach.

That's because the new Magical Express service won't begin until May 5, 2005. So nobody can share their Magical Express experiences at this time.

And if someone shares a recent experience with Mears, keep in mind that the current Mears van and coach service and the new Magical Express luggage/coach service are two different thing (even though the Magical Express coaches will be operated my Mears).
