My sister's family (2 adults and 5 kids) is flying in and staying at an AOA suite the first night, then moving to GF the next day. All 7 of them are staying at GF, they are getting 2 rooms. But since only 6 people can stay in an AOA suite, that first night one of their son's will be staying with my parents At their condo.

So, can all 7 of them take the ME on Friday even though one of the kids technically is not a disney resort guest until Saturday? TIA!

No, only the six that are registered guests will be able to use DME from the airport.

Officially, the answer is probably no. But I'd call DME and see if they'll give you a reservation for 7. If you get a "no", have one of the adults reserve a trip through Mears (~$20 I believe).
