Magic Express question??

Do you get your luggage tag from your travel agent or does Disney mail them to you?? My BF picked up all our things from the TA today and he said there isn't any ME tags in the package. I had emailed the TA yesterday and asked if anything will come in the mail and she said no, everything is in the packet. But I thought I read from people that Disney mails them to you themselves. Does anyone know?? I will call our TA tomorrow but was hoping a fellow DISer would know.

Magical Express packets go out separately from other Disney travel documents.

A few weeks before your vacation, Disney will mail the Magical Express packet (yellow luggage tags, travel vouchers, and instructions) to your travel agent. Your travel agent needs to watch for it. Then, your travel agent needs to send the packet to you.

They come straight from Disney

If you book directly with Disney, the Magical Express packet goes straight to you.

If you book through a travel agency, the Magical Express packet usually goes to the travel agency, and from the travel agency to you.

I generally book through AAA and they go to AAA and I can pick them up there.
