I used ME when I went on my first solo trip to POP. Although the plane landed about 5pm Orlando time, I didn't get my luggage delivered until 1am (and this was in September 2006 when all the hand luggage you could take had to be in a small see through plastic bag so I had nothing with me to wash with, change in to etc!). So, for that reason, I would use the excellent ME service again but would take my luggage with me - as least I know where it is and is far less hassle than being woken up in the middle of the night when it is delivered!!! Despite that, it's a great service and have booked it for our first trip "home" to SSR in October.

has anyone picked up a rental car the day after using ME and where did you hire it from?

For the past three years we have collected our car on the second day (after a Character Breakfast) from the Downtown Disney area (formerly the Grosvenor Resort).

VERY convienient.

We used ME last year and will again this year, very good service, the only problem was waiting for the luggage to get to the room when we were jetlagged and just wanted to sleep

Used it last August and it was excellent and adds to the excitement on your trip from the airport to the Magic. Also it's free which is always a big plus!!!!

That was the only thing we didn't like either Jo. We would take our luggage with us next time We were lounging around in towels when they delivered our luggage to our room

I've used it three times (2x solo once with DH) and have been very happy with it. I have always taken my luggage with me as I arrive at 7pm at MCO and just want to get to WDW and unpacked and settled.

DH loved it, he found it so much more relaxing than having to drive after a long flight and also having all the hassle of the rental car. We went to the Car Care Center a couple of days later to hire a car for 3 days or so and it was so much more relaxed than at the airport, no hard sell, no hassle.. in and out in 15 mins!
