...can anyone take the ME buses to the resorts?

I am an extra on my wifes choir trip. She has a private room and I am allowed to stay there. But I do not think I will have any sort of confirmation number, etc in my name. The agent said I will be added to the rooming list. The group is taking busses and I am flying and getting there 6 hours before DW. I do not want to pay for a taxi from orlando to the resort then back. That would probably be over $100! I am curious if anyone else has used ME without a room reservation/resort-park package info...

Where are you staying at WDW? Unless you are staying on site you cannot use ME. How are the people in the choir getting there? I have come from separate flights to share a hotel and have used ME w/o any troubles at all. We just had to reserve our spot separately. If you are staying on site, talk to the travel agent and get them to set up the reservation on ME for you (it will include tags for your bags).

If you are staying off site, I would suggest a town car. Just as expensive, but a lot more reliable and comfortable.

I will be staying at one of the allstar resorts. I think the agent said my stay would be free because of the group plan, but that does not sound like disney, heheheheheee. I am paying for my park passes. ($150 for 4 days including hopping). The agent is sending my park passes in advance so I will see what paperwork comes with them.

Since you are staying at the All Stars, you should be able to use the ME! Talk to the travel agent and see if she can get that set up. Or see if you can get a confirmation number for the group and call Disney yourself. Disney now requires everyone staying in a room to be listed on a reservation (your name will be printed on your card, and everyone gets their own room key card).

I'm sure you are coming in as "free" since your DW has already paid for the part with the group. They just don't charge extra for a 2nd adult
