We just booked this cruise a few weeks ago. If you look at post #211 above, you will find a link to a google document that you can edit to add your information for the FE. jkatzz is the organizer. The second group closed a few weeks ago, but a third group is still open.

You don't need a room assignment to join the list. There are others that are in the same position. Just add your information to the google doc. Then, when you get your room assignment, you can update the information.

My children really enjoy doing the FE!

Hi. Just signed up my family in FE group 3. Just had a couple questions if anyone knows....
1. Will there be a day it will be cut-off so I'll know how many gifts to make or buy? Do you make a gift...one per stateroom or each person or just preference?
2. How do I sign up for the Chocolate Wine pairing class? Is that on cruise activities?

jkatzz is the one organizing the FE. I'm sure she'll be here soon to give you some answers. I think the 3rd group will be the last group and will probably close a few weeks before the sail date.

As for individual vs. cabin gifts, I think it is your preference. People do it all different ways. Do what works best for you. It's supposed to be a fun activity!

For the chocolate/wine pairing, it looks like there is a column for that activity in the google doc above. I'm guessing that if you put a "yes" on the spreadsheet, someone will contact you about it.

Hey Everyone,

A few updates (trying to keep this and the other location that shall remain nameless on here because they will take the post down I heard).

Hey Everyone who signed up for the FE. Once the cruise documents packages arrive by mail I will ask that all GTY people update their cruise room on the docs (for those new, they normally will give you a room by then since they send you luggage tags). I will then be posting maps of the cruise ships with all the rooms highlighted to make everyones task of delivery a little easier. My room number is 6015. On my door will be a place for individuals who have changed their rooms to list them out. When you are delivering please check my door for any adjustments (even if I am not in your delivery group). At the meet and greet I will have additional copies of the maps for those of you who may have misplaced them getting onto the boat Also at the meet and greet would be a great time if you did change your room to note it there since others will be there. Let me know if anyone has any questions.

As for those of you looking to sign up for the FE. WELCOME! Just fill out the google doc and I will make sure you are added. The cut off for this group will be 10-10. (this will give this last group 4 weeks to get everything coordinated).

For the Newbies here is a little more information about signing up for things on the google sheet:
1 - Fish Exchange - Please indicate at minimum the number of people, and the ages and sex for the children. Please also indicate the max # of rooms you would like to participate with. Please note: We are currently adding to group #3. The sign up deadline for this will be 4 weeks prior to the cruise
2 - Meet and Greet - Meet up with your fellow individuals that you have met through Disboards or this group.
3 - Private Mixology Class for this group - Disney will offer mixology classes on the ship. Normally it is a limited number of classes. As a group we can request a private class (25 minimum 40 max- if more we can split up into groups). The cost is $15 per person. In the class there will be a lesson on how to make the beverages and a tasting of them. Please note, we will need to have a final confirmation from you 3 weeks prior to the cruise and will need your name and room number. No shows once confirmed will be charged for the class. (per Disney)
4 - Chocolate and Wine for this group. Disney will offer a private wine and chocolate class like the mixology above. The cost for this class is $30.
5- If you are indicating any of the above as yes, please remember to indicate if you are part of a larger group. This will help to keep you all together when items are separated out.
6- A column is on there if there are any events you would like the group to know about. Such as an anniversary or birthday.

ok i finally got on a computer so i was able to update the google doc. jkatzz, i tried emailing you but it kept bouncing back, so i got myself on a computer and found my way through the document. Getting excited!!!!!

Btw does anyone know approximately when they send you all the cruise documents?

FE are not a problem with Disney.

I think you misread jkatzz's statement. I think she means that she wants to update the disboard group and the other group (that she is not allowed to name).

There is another group for this cruise on another page on another provider. Disboards has warned that you are not able to link to those pages ( think about a place that they made a movie about a dude that wears zippered up gray hoodies) . Disboards does not want it to be referred to and will remove the post. I try to keep the information on disboards for this cruise and the other location in sync since I am managing the fe across both locations. Both refer to the google doc. Also some people are not users of the other location and we want everyone to have all the info!

Disney I believe has no issues with fe at all.

Just as a reminder today (9-26) is the deadline to sign up for the private mixology and the privatie chocolate and wine class. I will be contacting each person individually to confirm what is on the Google sheet.

DEADLINES - Dear all, to make sure we get to Disney with everything. Please indicate on the google sheet if you want to sign up for the Mixology class and the Wine and Chocolate. We need a minimum of 25 I believe for each class. PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CLASS EVEN IF YOU DONT SHOW UP IF YOU SIGN UP. I will be confirming with each of you that you have signed up. The deadline for sign up will be Friday 9-26-2014. I will need your room number and Last name to book it. I will confirm all of this through private message. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also we will close group 3 of the FE on 10-10-2014.
