When you go there, click on the "Concierge" tab and then one of the "Read more" links at the end of each type of concierge room.

So many wonderful perks, and it's so much more than just your room... everything is taken care of before you even think to ask! Shoreside concierge takes care of all of your reservations at 125 days: no waiting up to midnight for anything. The ease of embarkation: we've always been on the ship by 11:15, and in our room by noon. The welcome aboard reception for the whole first afternoon, with complimentary cocktails (champagne, anyone?) and light lunch, as well as someone to go over your full itinerary for the week and confirm any requests or special needs. Tickets for characters, tastings, etc. all taken care of for you. Complimentary cocktails every evening from 5-10pm: a drink (or two ) every evening to take to dinner, another afterward to take to the shows. The ease of getting a cabana (if CC is on your itinerary), the special cocktail parties and character meet & greets, the COFFEE MACHINE (those lattes ), the popcorn and drinks to take to the movies or shows, the delicious snacks all day long, never having to go to Guest Services or the Future Cruise desk (they will take care of booking anything for you right in the lounge). If you're in a suite (not Cat-V), you can order meals from the MDRs or Palo to your room. If you got a photo package, it's waiting for you in the concierge lounge on disembarkation morning; no dealing with the chaos down at Shutters. The ease of disembarkation... an escort from the lounge right off the ship! Perhaps the best is the amazing staff, who always take the time to get to know us and our daughter. Having the lounge seals the deal for us, as it makes a big difference to have a home base. "Worth it" is different for every family. For ours? YES! Would I cruise non-concierge? Absolutely. Would my husband? No way. Lol

Interesting... we have actually only sailed on Dream and Fantasy so far, where I thought it was available in the Cat Ts as well. Thanks for the correction!

We have never had Palo in a T room either. Only when we stayed in the Roy suite
