Just spent 3 hrs at neighbors with DD5 helping make cookies. Sprinkle to Cookie Ratio was off the charts ... She was wound up on sugar and happiness and 2 hrs past bed time. DH is in Memphis for the night and I should be packing. I keep changing my mind ... and back and and and I keep getting distracted thinking about Main Street in MK all done up for the season.

OK -- switched Fultons in DD from Thurs to Wed PM late for apres drive. Near hotel, it's a boat!, and I like crab. Changed from Pucks to Flying Fish for Thurs after MK. Never dined at FF, but DH has never seen the Boardwalk and I think that will be a sweet surprise. Was hoping for Narcoossee's but it is a little late in the game. However I keep checking and not packing ...

Change in plans. No school today and likely all week. SO instead of leaving after school Wed and taking 2 days to drive we will be leaving in the AM Wed and going the whole way. MK Thursday! Just made ressies at Shula's Steakhouse for Wednesday night's dins. That's right, dinner the day after tomorrow! It has been 20 years since I have seen the MK decorated for the holidays. YEAH!

Packing is so hard! I'm bringing way too much but I cant decide what I want to wear while on the boat. I like to have options! I think we are going to have 4 giant bags. That isn't even including our carry-ons!

I've never had this much luggage. I keep taking stuff out but my piles don't seem to be getting smaller.

Agnes and I went and bought our matching Xmas eve pj's. We bought Sean a pair too. I'm hoping to get a picture of us in front of the tree. Does anyone else wonder the ship in matching pj's?

I'm going to tea with my mom. My husband will be sleeping in a lounge chair somewhere by the pool. LOL

That is going to be a busy day! First tea at three and then we have the main dinner seating so I will be rushing back to my room to get my formal dress on!

Safe travels to everyone on their trip to Florida! To those who are already here I hope you are all keeping warm! It is definitely cold here and coming from a Canadian girl that says a lot or maybe I am just not used to the cold anymore

We were originally going to head to Orlando on Thursday but due to get -togethers with friends our schedule for getting ready this week got blown to bits so we are leaving very early Friday morning. We definitely have more luggage than we orginally planned also but baby supplies seem to take up a piece all its own. We really don't want to run out of those things or it could become very interesting!

It still seems so surreal to me that in a few days my family will be boarding an 11 day Disney cruise. After the past two years it seems like a sweet victory for us! It definitely doesn't surpass being Cancer free and having both our kids but it sure is a great way to celebrate it all! Its so exciting to know we will be celebrating with such a wonderful group!

Has there been any update on where the DIS meet is going to be? Is this the same as the kids meet by the Mickey Pool or is it different? Either way we hope to attend both! I also saw something about a Night Owl Party Group! Gosh DH and I would love to go at least one night. We have the nursery until 11pm two nights so maybe we could join everyone and DH and I could be considered "EARLY TURN IN NIGHT OWLS" !

Don't know if you've ever had the call from Mickey before but if you haven't make sure you answer the phone first. We had our first call on Sunday and I didn't realize that before Mickey talked the Cruise line talks. They say "This is your requested call from DCL. We are so excited to see you on the Cruise...(a few other things). Then it says if your ready for the rest of your call push 1. You might want to wait until you push one to give your daughter the phone. My 7 year old was confused at first then really excited when Mickey started talking.

Ended up NOT working on my piles, but found my clothing lists. I need a snow day but not happening.

Tonight is pedicure night. Hope it lasts thru the 29th. Deer Valley Spice here I come.

Hi Christie!

Still no answer from DCL on the DIS meet. I sent another email this morning. If I don't hear anything by tonight I will pick a place and then we can go from there. I will also have the magnet posted on my cabin door(8048) with the location.

The kids meet by the Mickey Pool and the DIS meet are two different events. The kids meet(and the teen meet) are all on embarkation day and the DIS meet is on Sunday.

My parents are leaving early Friday morning too so you guys may be on the road together. Drive Safe!
