I called Disney today to ask about movies. Here is the list they gave me:

1) Up
2) Princess and the Frog
3) Alice in Wonderland
4) The Last Song
5) Toy Story 3
6) The Sorcerer's Apprentice
7) Step Up 3D
8) You Again
9) Tangled

I thought there were other Disney movies opening for Christmas? Tron? Any ideas what is not on the list?

I guess they can't show Harry Potter!

I was hoping for Tron 2, Secretariat, and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. We had seen Prince Caspian onboard on our last cruise, so I was hoping they would be showing the newest in the Chronicles of Narnia series.

Maybe this list above will change closer to our cruise date.

Doing the docs dance today

Last cruise we went on our docs were much bigger, now they are condensed into a tiny spiral book. Is this how everyone else's are?

Officially one month until our cruise!! yeah!!

Have been plotting my FE, seriously not as organized as the rest of you. Finally pinned down the design. It has taken me ages. I have been going through loads of threads for ideas. Want to get on with my magnets, but DS has hijacked my computer that has the designs on it. Grrrr.

We plan on getting there pretty early and signing our DD5 up for the tea. If you send me your info, I will try to add you with us. Do you have a preference on which sea day you do it? I don't want DD to miss the character breakfast, which should be the 20th for us based on our requested dining rotation., so I think we'll shoot for the 27th for tea?? Just let me know...

AWESOME group for the wine tasting! Good job, organizer extraordinaire! Did they by any chance tell you who would be leading the event? Mike and my very favorite guy (Shawn) used to be the head sommelier, but in August had just been promoted, so I don't know if he does those anymore. But it would certainly be fun!
Looking forward to swirling a few glasses with this fun group!

No, they have not said anything about who will be leading the event. I did find out today that it will be in Animator's Palate. I imagine with this group we should have a lot of fun. Can't wait!

Yes, early morning excursion are going to be a killer!!
My sister and I are Night Owls so getting up at 6am (or earlier!) is going to hurt! Do they actually allow Zombies on excursions - I would think it would be frowned upon...

What is the Tea with Alice? Where would I sign my 5 year old daughter up? How do you know what your dining rotation is already?

Tea with Alice is literally a tea party with characters from Alice in Wonderland. The Mad Hatter is there, singing a "very merry un-birthday". Sometimes Wendy from Peter Pan is there too. It is billed as a "posh-yet-casual afternoon snack just for families" Afternoon service includes iced tea and cookies, and lessons in proper etiquette for hosting a tea party.
