anyone heard of it?? we need someplace to stay one night before we check into POP, any comments, good or bad would be great...we got a price of 35.99

If it's a purple hotel we stayed there on our last night of last years stay because we couldn't get another night at Pop and I wouldn't stay there again. It just felt like a cheap hotel and the beds were uncomfortable. I've stayed at other places for about the same price that were cleaner and nicer altogether.

We stayed there for 11 days our first trip. We had a King room with pull out and fridge, micro and coffee maker...It was clean and fine for us. It's not the Ritz but it was fine. They have completely renovated since we were there...Looks good. They also have breakfast for free (Juice, milk, toast, fruit, Krispy Kreeme Donuts, etc, etc...)

If you have ever stayed at a Motel 6 or Super 8 before, it's about that...Not the Ritz but OK...I would stay there before Days Suites or Howard Johnson's that have horrible reviews on here.

We stayed there in Sept. 2001 for about 7 + nights. We were on a tight budget and I was glad we had chosen there because 9/11 happened on our second day of the trip and we ended up having to extend our vacation for several days, so atleast our budgets wasn't busted.

We just had two standard, connecting rooms. The rooms were clean enough. They had the free continental breakfast, but they didn't have a sitdown place to eat so my DH would basically go down and load up and bring it back to the room for us. Worked better for us because of all the kids. The bathrooms weren't the nicest, but other than that it was fine. I'd say for one night it is definitely fine. Especially if they have renovated since as the one poster said. We haven't stayed there since but would do so again if money was tight.

The only other hotel in that price that my parents stayed at was the HoJo that Dreams Unlimited usually advertise for like $36 a night. It was quite a few years ago but the liked it.

W stayed there for 2 nights last October. Had the King "suite". I thought it was a dump and would not go back there. Hubby is less picky, thinks its OK for the price. Didn't hurt us to stay there 2 nights, but I would shop around a little more if it were me. Seemed to me kind of a rough looking crowd stayed there.
