Nothing is on your Magic Band. Everything is on your My Disney Experience account. The bands don't do anything but read the account.

If you are asking whether the restaurants scan bands when you check in for an ADR, no, at this time they do not. They will scan them for payment, but not to check in.

The restaurants will only scan your MagicBand if you are on a dining plan or if you are charging the meal to your room account.
