Magic Bands

We have purchased our tickets through Undercover Tourist. In an attempt to avoid having to visit the will call window on our first day at the parks to exchange for RFID enabled tickets, can I purchase Magic Bands in advance and link my tickets to them and avoid will call?

We are from Canada, staying offsite. Can I purchase magic bands from the Disney store in the mall? If not, can purchase online and have them shipped to a Disney Store in the US in a city I will be visiting this summer and pick them up?

If you can add the tickets to your MDE, you can purchase bands from the Disney Store and link them to the tickets.

yes I have them linked to MDE. I was just curious if I can buy magic bands from the Disney Store in my local city? I thought I read that they don't sell them in store, but I could be wrong.

just called my local store in Canada and the store in Mall of America. They both don't sell them instore so I'd have to order them online. Now to find out if they ship to Canada.

Or, do all 4 of my family members need to go to Will Call to pick up the RFID tickets or can I just go while they wait in line. I know this is frowned upon. I don't want to waste precious park time doing this.

ok, sorry for the million updates, I should have done my research first. I tried to order online, won't ship to Canada. I can ship to a friends house in the US that I'm visiting in April, but it will cost $80 USD for this. I would rather save the money but still don't want to waste time at Will Call the first day of our parks. We are planning on having dinner at Ohana's our first night there (no park visit that day). Can I use the concierge at the Polynesian Resort to pick up my tickets or would I have to take the monorail to MK to do it that night.

Or is it not really the big deal I'm making it out tobe and just do it in the morning before the park opens? First park is AK and we plan to be in line early to get an advantage for FOP.

You can buy magic bands when you arrive or at the Polynesian and link them to your MDE account that night.

1. Yes. Or, buy MBs at the Poly that night.
But, if there is any "problem..."
2. You COULD do that. Or go to TTC (next-door to the Poly.)
3. You ARE expending too much worry on this very simple process.

I would just go to the ticket office 10 minutes before the ticket office open to be first in line really should not be that big of a deal. Ticket office open earlier then the parks do. Or go to Disney springs the night you get there

If you're going to the Poly, just walk to the TTC and get the tickets settled before dinner.
