Question about magic bands. Some of our party will be arriving the day we go to the DVC resort as we just bought into it. For them, do they get magic bands or what do I do about that? ( Some of us already got the magic bands in the mail as some of the party are staying at a Disney resort before moving to the DVC.) I called to make the DVC reservations and they took care of the Magical Express. We even got the Beach Club on a cancellation so that was really lucky. However I forgot to ask about the magic bands.

Also, will they move our luggage from a Disney AKL hotel to the DVC Beach Club if I ask Bell Services?

If they have a DVC or any other on-site reservation, they'll get magic bands mailed to them or waiting on that front desk.

And, yes, bell services will move you luggage from one resort to another.

Order the MBs via your/their MDE account using the DVC reservation number.

Move steps:
Have your items packed and ready for pickup.
On move day call Bell Services to come and pickup your items.
Tell Bell Services which items are to be keep cold and which frozen.
Go check-in to new resort and do whatever you have planned for the day.
When the room is ready and after @ 2-4 go to the room.
Call Bell Services of the check-in resort and they will deliver your items to the room.
You MUST be in the room for both the pickup and delivery. Tips expected.
