Magic Bands...Only color choice grey??

I opened my Disney Experience today and found that we were assigned Magic Bands for our January Trip!

However, when I went to customize them the only color choice that was shown was grey.

How can I get other colors? Any ideas?

I was able to customize my colors on that site...not sure why you're not seeing options...

Wow January is open already?? Moving right along.

You should be able to get other colors. I would keep trying. If it's not showing you additional colors in a day or two, maybe call? But there are other colors it should show you.

The first day Magic Bands showed up for our trip that was supposed to start today, the only choice was grey. In the next day or two, the other options popped up. I'm just hoping we'll have the option at all in January.

There have been conflicting reports about how far out the color choices appear. I've been told that around 60 days seems to be the magic number for color options to change from just gray.

I see just gray, for my trip starting January 5th. And I can't make FP+ selections yet.

I believe they have done things a bit differently with December. Instead of opening it up through 12/31 they have opened it through 1/5. I am sure it is because of the end-of-year holiday period.

My customization opened up 3 days ago, and at the time my only option was gray. I just checked again today, and I now have all colors available.

We check in January 2nd, so we're 73 days out. So, for those who only have the gray option, it appears the others should show up in the next few days for you.

I was just coming to post the same thing. We check in on 1/1. The Magic Band order showed up three days ago but the only color choice was gray. This morning it was the same. I just logged on and the colors are now there.

I had the same issue last week... we're also going in January.

This morning they were STILL grey then a bit later all the colors were showing!!! so hang in there!
