We are supposed to arrive on Saturday and the tracking information for our magic bands says they are across the country. My questions are:
1) can I still go directly to the park or do I need to go to the resort first to fix this issue? Can I use tickets on my phone?
2) This is the first time we have purchased custom bands-will they refund the money or give us new ones? Any experience?
