Magic bands, Fort Wildness resort, parking

Hi all I am after some advice and any help would be greatly appreciated. We are a family of 4 from Australia ( 3 rd trip to WDW but always stayed offsite). I am looking at Fort Wilderness. As we are from Australia I know they will not ship magic bands and and tickets overseas, so my question is can I get the magic bands shipped to a friend in the USA that we will see before we get to WDW? Are magic bands only issued if you buy tickets as part of your booking? I was hoping to get the magic bands sent to a friend and the tickets emailed to me and then exchanged when we get to the park or will we need to get them all sent to the USA address together? Ok second park of my question is we want to be at the park at rope drop on our first morning so can I do online check in and then just get them to scan my magic band for free parking at the park? Lastly do you get free parking on your check out day? Thank you so much for any help you can all offer.

Magic Bands are issued free to guests staying onsite.

Don't see any reason why you can't use a U.S. physical mailing address for the bands, and your own email address for ticket vouchers.

Yes, you can use the band to park; check in online.

Yes, all perks are available until 11:59 PM the day you check out.

You really shouldn't even need to "exchange" your park tickets. You just link them to your Magic Bands in the MDE app. The (Free) magic bands are a result of your Resort stay and have nothing to do with your Ticket Purchase (or not). Even if they don't send them to you (or your friend's address), when you check in, they will issue them to you. At that point, however, they are just the plain grey ones. The Magic Bands are more then just your entry into the park (Ticket), they are also the keys to the rooms or in the case of the Fort, the keys to the Comfort Stations (which are locked from 12 AM - 6 AM but the laundry is locked 24/7 and requires the MB)
