Magic bands for Dec. arrivals?

Nope. We have APs and are staying at aoa in December and were able to customize our bands and book fp+

Got the custom windows and FP windows finally for Dec at the 50 day counter. Per Disney DVC cast member 3 weeks ago, it was not in full roll out, and lead me to think it may not happen. I know 20 others, it opened eventually for ALL of them eventually near the 50 count mark, some less, a few more. I did checkin on phone with DVC earlier. I did not receive email notification or code invitation to open Custom Bands or FP plus. I just checked MDE every day, and it opened 1 day ago. Easy Screens.

My travel agent friend thinks the MDE extra features are rolled out in batches.

We check-in Dec. 12th Magic Bands and Fastpass+ already done.

I check-in to POR on 12/1 and the option to customize MB just became available to me today. It says my deadline for customization is Oct 30. FP+ selections became available a few days earlier. I had trouble checking in online several times, but used a different link someone had posted here and it worked. It took about a week or more after online check-in before FP+ and MB became available to me though.

We are 48 days out, and I was able to customize our Magic Bands today for the first time. We have until November 6th to make changes to our customization. Still cannot select our FP+ options. We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside, from 12/7 - 12/14.

I also used mydisneyreservation.com is for online check-in, probably about two weeks ago.

I was able to customize my bands 54 days from my trip arrival. I did not do online checkin.

Yes...but you couldn't make FP+, correct? I know of one person who has been able to book FP+ with room-only, but think this is the exception to the rule.

We are room only and have FP+ for both of our stays. You just need tickets linked, not a package ressie.

I just got back from Pop this past Saturday. My room reservation was room only linked to a FL resident annual pass. I had FP+ for every day of my stay plus I now have the option to make FP+ through mid-December -- including November days where I don't have a room reservation. I didn't count but it's probably 60 days that are open to me to make FP+.

I also have a December Wilderness Lodge room only. After I click on my name in MDE, it goes to a screen with number of days remaining. On the right hand side in a box with lots of options, approximately the 4th option down, it said this morning "personalize Magic Bands". I did my DH's and my MBs for December (I'm getting a new pink one in addition to my red Pop band) this morning. I did not do online check-in.

We check in December 8th. Magic bands have been customized and have started fast pass. Trying to work on parades/fireworks though and can't figure it out.

I called when I was 30 days out because it wasn't giving me the magic band option on MDE and it kept saying my tickets were not linked, but when I went to my reservations, my tickets were showing there.

Turns out, there was a glitch inthe system. It took the CM about 5 minutes to fix it. I ordered them that day and they arrived at my doorstep the very next day. Now that's service!

We booked fp+. We have passes linked to out account but didn't book a package. I don't know if you can book fp+ without any type of ticket.

We have our tickets, so want to book a room-only reservation.

If you have tickets, you need to make your RO reservation and then link your tickets through MDE, then you should get MBs.
