Magic bands at fort wilderness?

Can someone tell me ... If we’re staying at a campsite, have no park tickets, but want to visit another Disney property and swim in their pool and perhaps eat there as well...can we? I wonder if we’re given magic bands to prove we’re staying on property? Aren’t you able to resort hop?

Pool hopping is not allowed at all. DVC owners use to be able to but it’s paused now due to COVID. Regular resort guests are never allowed to hop. You can only visit other resorts right now if you have a confirmed dining reservation or can arrive via Disney transportation.

You can certainly eat wherever you want, no MB needed and as long as you take Disney transportation you can visit other resorts. You can not use other resorts pools.

No Magic Bands are needed. It is convenient to have at least one if you plan to leave the resort and then arriving back in. But even then it won't stop you from getting in. I wonder if the My Disney Experience app is a good replacement to get back in?
