Magic bands and multiple tickets

Hello! Just curious as to how this will work with the magic bands. I have two complimentary park hoppers (one day each for husband and myself) and then we purchased two day base tickets from Disney. I've got them all linked up to MDE, but I was wondering how exactly it will work? We can just choose the park hop the one day and it'll automatically know to use the park hopper ticket?

Last winter some had problems where the park entrance picked up the base tkt on the day the guest wanted/needed to use park hop tkt. They ended up having to use another base tkt to get into the 2nd park.

If you have RFID tkts, I would use them to get into the park or have them on you.

You can set the priority order the scanners will use your tickets in. You would have to change this back and forth before entering the park depending on whether or not you wanted to hop that day. If you know in advance you could set the hopper for the first priority and hop that day or set it as the second and hop the last day.

It might be easier to only have one ticket linked to the band and use the card for entry the other day to make sure everything was deducted the way you wanted it to be.
