Magic Bands and linking tickets question

I was hoping that someone could help me with this question. I have complimentary park tickets that I am using on my trip in July and I can not pickup the tickets until I get there, I can pick them up at guest services at any of the parks (We will be going to Magic Kingdom on our first day). Will they be able to link my tickets with my Magic Bands once we get there? I have already customized the bands on line and linked my resort and dining reservations.

(But, I have no idea exactly what kind of tickets you are getting.)

They are 2 day Magic your way with park hopper and 2 day water park and more.
