Magic bands and changes to your reservation

I have received our magic bands. We have decided to upgrade our FD reservation to the DxDP and adding days to our tickets. We are close to 4 weeks away from check in. Will we have to go to the check in desk to upgrade our Magic bands or can they automatically be updated.

Nothing is "on" your bands. When scanned, as I understand it, it links up to your MDE account. So if your upgrades show up in your account then the bands should work fine.

On MDE there is a button to "refresh" or "update" your information, might be different on the APP. Once you do all your new information should be reflected.
