You can purchase a TiW card at any guest relations location. There have been a few reports that guest relations at the International Gateway (back entrance to Epcot) is not selling the TiW card any longer.

That would be a major bummer about TIW--my plan was to check in, head to Epcot from BWV, activate the PAP and the MM and buy that card. Now I guess we'll have to spend some Epcot time going to the other guest relations office if that is true. Either way I will report next Tuesday about it!

You need to get your MM at GR also. So you should be able to do all at GR at Epcot International Gateway, assuming the information about TIW not being available there is incorrect.

I just linked our MM card (which we got in the mail) to MDE just like we did with our tickets. I did this prior to leaving home. We never needed the actual card on our trip at all, just used our MBs.

They may have misunderstood. There are two "ticket windows" at IG. The one on the right is actually where you buy tickets. The one on the left is the Guest Relations window, where you can buy your TiW card.

Yes, you can do this without problem.

There are two Guest Relations Locations at DTD. One is next to the new Marketplace Co-Op (formerly Team Mickey) and the other is at DisneyQuest. Either of these locations can do both for you.

We did not get a card because we didn't order early enough. So we are to go to will call at guest relations, which is fine because we have to activate the PAPs.
