Magic Band with two tickets assigned???

I just went into MDE to make sure everything is set for our upcoming trip (71 days away). We have 5 of us going. When I go to customize magic bands, I see all five of us with our magic band/color, etc. But on the initial page when I click on "Magic Bands and Cards" I only see 4 of our names. However, where my name is listed, I have two tickets there (everyone else just has one). I added my mom on my friends and family, and she shows up every where else, but why would her MB and linked ticket not show up on this page?

If she has her own MDX account, she manages her own data - it’s not part of your account because you don’t “manage” her.

Hmmm... ok, but why do I have her magic band to customize on my account? I linked all of our tickets to each one of us. And I have both my and her ticket info listed under my magic band. Sorry I'm so confused!!
 
You customize all the MBs because you’re the lead person on the hotel reservation. MBs are sent out based on the reservation and the MB links to her Profile which is not managed by you.

Did you book a Package or do you have separately linked tickets?

If separately linked, you can Reassign a ticket to her.

If a Package, it may just be showing incorrectly because you are 70+ days out. With a Package, you can call Disney and check, or, go in to your Mother’s MDX account and see what is showing there.

Thank you so much for trying to help me! Here is a picture of what I see.... see how under my name I have two tickets? This is the only place I see that. On the app I see a ticket is already assigned to my mom. They were separately linked tickets, no package.

Do this:
Book a FP for your Mom for tomorrow. Book Barnstormer and see if it works. If it works you are good to go on your FP booking day.
