Magic band tracking question

I think they come from the warehouse somewhere in TN.

All 4 MB I have received this year and the 9 I got last year all came from FL Davenport FL to be exact but I do not really care when I get them so I do not look that often I might glance once ( maybe twice) when I receive my nortifercation

I got the email this morning that our bands have been shipped with a tracking number. I've checked the tracking and it's not showing up. Does it take awhile for it to start tracking?

There seems to be something amiss with the USPS tracking system for the last week. More than usual. Magic Band shipping is slower than the Pony Express, and the tracking is always wonky, but I have packages from other vendors I've been tracking that aren't showing properly in the tracking system, so something is more wonky than usual.

I have two sets coming. I just looked and they still say they were picked up on the 5th from the shipping partner at 5:07pm and they haven't posted since. Are they just sitting there? They were picked up from Florida and I live in SC. How hard is that.

Our passholder bands were shipped 1 day before yours, but they have been (according to the tracking) sitting at a USPS Facility in Atlanta GA since the 7th.

That's just nuts considering you are in SC.

I thought going from FL to IL then back to FL was crazy.

Mine are actually back in Central FL. There was no departure scan when they left Atlanta.

Thought it was odd when you said Atlanta, so double checked Google Maps. The bands went through Atlanta on their way to Illinois. That's....well...messed up! I mean, its crazy the way its done anyway, but to pass through a hub like that only to bring it back? Wow....

They've been in the hands of the USPS since the moment they were picked up at origin.

Not really, they start in the hands of a USPS partner, One Stop Mailing. http://www.osmworldwide.com/ OSM trucks them to specific hubs before handing them over to the USPS for final transit. For some that's Illinois, Atlanta, and possibly others.

Disney should probably just send an email saying your bands have been shipped, call us if your don't have them in 10 days. Or something similar wothout a tacking number.

Mine are still showing in Davenport FL and have been since 5/5 yet the ETA is 5/10-12. From what I've read in other threads they will just show up in a few days. If I don't have them by this time next week I'll call.

We live about 50 miles from Davenport, FL.

Mine arrived today according to tracking. They shipped Saturday.

Davenport, FL - Saturday
Glendale Heights, IL - Monday
Duluth, GA (this is where One Stop Mailing handed them off to USPS) - 2:39 this morning
North Metro, GA (main USPS sorting facility) - 3:54 this morning
Loganville, GA (my local post office) - 7:35am

And now they are in my my mailbox. So once they got to USPS, the turn around was very quick. The problem is with One Stop Mailing, the shipping partner.

It seems to be par for the course but that does seem like a long time to be waiting...so maybe?

No you do not need to contact anyone give it some time. Mine normally stay in one place for a few days before moving on

OMG! Look where they are now, Back in Davenport, Fl!!!????! At least they now say in-transit. It never said that before.

We booked a trip only 13 days out- I thought the magic bands wouldn't be sent to us, and would be waiting at the resort for us.. got an email this morning that they have shipped. I hope they get here before we leave next Friday!
