Magic Band, tickets & MDE Question

Sorry if this question has been answered already, but I can't seem to find an exact answer, and I've gotten myself all confused. I originally was going to WDW solo for a couple of days while in Orlando on business. That trip was canceled, so my DW and I decided to go together for a long weekend instead. Here's the situation:
- I originally ordered a 2-Day PH pass online for myself, which I received in the mail and linked to my MDE account.
- After my trip was canceled, I ordered a 3-Day PH pass for my DW & a 1-Day MK only pass for myself. We have NOT received these tickets in the mail (should have been here a week ago). I called Disney and they said they were mailed and NOT returned, so we should continue to wait. We leave in a couple of weeks.
- All three tickets DO show up on our MDE accounts (2 for me and 1 for my DW), even though we actually only physically have 1 of the 3 in our possession. We've booked our FP+ on our MDE accounts.
- Then, my DW wanted to use Magic Bands, so she bought 2 of them online which we should receive in a couple of days. That really added another wrinkle into the situation and got me even more confused!

If you're still with me on this . . . my questions are:
- When we receive the Magic Bands and link them to our MDE accounts, can we just use those instead of the tickets (considering we only have 1 of the 3 tickets), or do we somehow have to "transfer" the tickets onto the bands?
- What if we never receive the 'missing' 2 tickets? Can we just use the bands instead?
- Since I have 2 tickets on my MDE account (One 2-Day PH & One 1-Day MK only Pass), will the single magic band contain 'both' tickets? If so, how will the system know which 'ticket' I'm using when I enter the park?

- I see on MDE that we have the ability to "Disable" tickets. Should I disable the 2 tickets that we haven't received in the mail, in case someone gets a hold of them and uses them at the parks before we get there?
- If we disable them, will we lose our FP+ reservations?

I received an answer in a previous question that all FP+ reservations are linked to an MDE account, and not a specific ticket, but I don't understand how the tickets are linked up.

Sorry for the messed up scenario! Just trying to figure out the right course of action, and if we wasted money purchasing the magic bands?

Just use your MagicBands because they link to the ticket entitlements in your MDE.

You don't need the tickets because you are using your MagicBands.

The MagicBands link to your MDE account where all ticket entitlements are located. Guest Relations can set the order of how your tickets are used, or, it's easier if you enter using your actual ticket(s) at park entrances and then you don't have to go back and forth to Guest Relations.
