Magic Band-Tickets and Key?

I know I've read this somewhere here, but didn't find anything through a search. When booking a DVC reservation, will your tickets and key to your villa be loaded onto a Magic Band (or whatever "disc" they're using now), or will you have separate cards for each? What if you're renting points and therefore the owner is making the reservations for you? What if you buy your tickets from a website other than Disney, is it possible to load them onto your Magic Band later, so that it also includes your DVC villa entrance?

You link the room reservation and park admission to your My Disney Experience (MDE) account. Once the room reservation is linked, you can customize your MagicBands. It doesn't matter how the room reservation was made or from whom the tickets are purchased, they can be linked to MDE.

The magic band is just your access to your account, admission media, room access, all of your info in in your account. The MB is just your account number.

You have to link them all through your My Disney Experience (MDE) page. If you have a reservation already, the bands will be shipped to you already linked to the room, but your tickets will still need to be linked. Keep in mind, you have to link them in order to utilize advanced FP reservations.
