Magic Band - Staying Offsite - Can you purchase before?

The DW & I are starting to plan our yearly visit (we love the Epcot F&W). We already have our park tickets. We always purchase the non-expiry type, so have a few days left on the tickets we have.

Can we get Magic Bands sent to us before our trip? or do we have to go to one of the parks / Downtown Disney when we arrive?
