Magic Band Split Stay

We have 2 Room Only ressies:
--All Star Resort for one night (11/04) AND Dolphin for three nights (11/05-11/08) (both are on MDE).
--I've connected Disney Park Hopper Tickets (bought from UT) onto MDE.
--I've made Dining Ressies and FP+ ressies (all on MDE).

I received an email that our Magic Bands are on their way.

Concerns:
We need to cancel the one night at the All Star Resort.
Will canceling the All Star ressie affect using the Magic Bands?
Are they connected to the All Star Resort?
I have read that Magic Bands are an issue at the Dolphin. They don't issue free bands there. but we are getting them free due to our All Start ressie.
How will the cancellation affect the Magic Bands? Is anything else affected?

Any help will be appreciated.

Nope. The Magic Bands are connected to your MDE account.

I have read that Magic Bands are an issue at the Dolphin. They don't issue free bands there. but we are getting them free due to our All Start ressie.

There are no issues with Magic Bands when staying at the Swan or Dolphin. It's just that you can't use them to open your room at these 2 resorts. But they can be used for park entry, etc.

Besides not opening the door to your room, magic bands also can't be used for charging purchases or meals to your room account when staying at the Swan/Dolphin.

Correct. I didn't mention that because charging things in the parks was not possible when staying at Swan or Dolphin even before Magic Bands.
