Magic band room charge question.

Hi everyone.

I know you can use your magic bands to charge things back to your room but can you get a different bill for each band.

I am sharing a room with my brother and it would be great if we can get separate bill rather than working out who spent what.

Hmm I'm not sure. I've just added my card details on MDE for me to charge items to, but there wasn't an option to add another cards details for my mums magic band. Maybe at check it it can be done? I hope someone else is able to offer more info.

I'm sure you can give disney a call and they can advise you from there.

It's possible
not all Cast Members know how to do this, or even know that it's possible (typical disney)

but you CAN have a CC assigned to each individual MB, just ask at the desk

I don't know if you'll have a separate balance, but I guess that 2 credit cards = 2 accounts, so 2 balance sheets.

Dining plan credits will still be pooled

When I went with my daughter we were told it wasn't possible. However, as chmurf says, it may be the case that some CMs know how and others don't.

Your bill is itemised, however, so there is no problem with identifying who has spent what. In March, my duaghter and I just got a printout of our room charges each night and settled up as we went. It wasn't all that inconvenient and also meant we didn't have a big shock at the end of the week

Hi last year we added 2 travel money cards to our bands and when the bill got emailed to us on the last day it shown who spent what by name. You can clear your room charge at any time by asking a cast member at your resort they can do it in there iPad a print a statement so to show who spent what when and where
