Magic band question

Hi All! I just received my Disney Magical express docs in the mail YAY!!!!!!!! I had assumed my magic bands would be with them, guess I was wrong. I customized them before the deadline, so will I need to pick them up on check in? I really wanted to check in on line. as always TIA!!!!!!! one month to go ; 0 )

They can be shipped separately. It says on Disney's website to contact them if you haven't received your Magic Bands and it's less than 6 days till your trip.

We usually get our magic bands about 2-3 weeks before our arrival date. Our DME docs are usually the first things we get from Disney.

MagicBands and Magical Express tags are shipped separately.

They won't start the actual MB customization process until 30 days from your arrival date.

They should send you an email when they ship out, along with a tracking number.

You have until 30 days before arrival to customize your bands, then they get made and then sent. So if you are still a month out, the Magicbands will take another week or 2.

I believe you can check the status in MDE. There will be a tracking number when they ship. If you're not in the US I don't think this works.

Magic bands do not come with DME mailings.
They really have nothing to do with each other.
Magic bands can be customized through 31 days out. On day 30 they will begin processing them. Usually around day 28 they ship. They then take about 5-7 business days to reach your door.
They are not mailed internationally so in that case tyhey would be picked up at the front desk.
You can still do online check in.
You can also use old magic bands.

I suggest you check your magcib and section on MDE to ensure your mailing address is correct and check on the status.

Our trip starts on 4/27. Our ME documents were received on 3/29 and our Magic Bands approximately 2 weeks later. They’ve never arrived at the same time.
