Magic band park entrance question

Does everyone who enters a park get a magic band now? Is there ever a time resort guests would enter a park in a different cue line than offsite guests?

Only onsite guests get MagicBands.
Onsite and offsite guests use the same touchpoints to enter the park.

All the tickets are now RFID enabled, and if someone is using days from and old ticket, there's a CM with an iPad to scan it in. I think the lines move a bit faster now that they're turnstile-free. I know my AP behaves better now that I'm not worrying about the magnetic strip getting demagnetized AGAIN!
