Magic Band ordering not working...

Haven't been to WDW in 4 years - so 're-learning' all this new stuff for our newly booked trip for Sept.

I am in my Disney experience doing the magicband order. When I confirm my shipping address I keep getting a message (for 4 days now) saying they can't confirm my address at this time please try again later....

thoughts? is this common right now?

I was able to order ours last Wed or Thurs and received them on Saturday. Keep trying.

Try a different browser. I've found Chrome works best.

Hey there, judging from your avatar you are from Canada (as am I). I had this same problem, called the IT department - if you are from Canada, they will only ship your magic bands to your resort so you need to change the shipping address to the resort address.

The girl I spoke with recommended that I do not do this or customize the MBs until about 10 days out.

You don't even need to change the shipping address to your hotels address. Once the shipping address is Canadian (like mine) your bands will be sent to your hotel.

This happened to us (also from Canada) - all I did was click on change address, but not actually change anything, then hit save. Right away a "customize your bands" message popped up and we were fine.
