Magic Band order

Just curious, how long has it typically been taking to get your confirmation email? I ordered ours about an hour or two ago, and haven't gotten one. I can see my order when I log in to MDE and I have a screenshot. I am just a bit worried because I know there have been supply issues. My DH and one DD really wanted plain colored bands, so when I checked this morning and saw them I jumped!

I don’t know the answer to this, I just wanted to say good luck! I was trying to get solid color bands too and not having any luck at all. I gave up after talking to people in 3 different departments about why my orders wouldn’t go through.

Thanks! Did you get an order number and the order still not go through? I can see the charge pending on my cc too so fingers crossed

No, I didn’t mine just kept kicking me back to the previous page when I would try to process the payment. So that’s a great sign that yours will all go through!

I ordered mine today and got an email immediately. It was in my junk email -- make sure you check there. Now I just have to hope they actually show up!

I ordered mine ( black ) a few days ago and the confirmation email showed up shortly afterwards. I've already received the shipping notification too.

*EDIT* got a shipping notification today.

I ordered some 2 days ago and still haven’t received an email but I also have a screenshot of the order number and it shows as processing on MDE. Fingers crossed for us all!

I ordered ours on the 14th, got the confirmation right away. They arrived today.
