MAGIC BAND ORDER

So I originally had a stay booked for the Yacht Club for Nov. 2021. We had ordered and paid for special engraved with names magic bands to be picked up at our resort. I unfortunately have had to move my trip due to Canadian/ US travel and border issues I don't feel up to dealing with this year. So I moved our trip to Oct 2022 at the Wilderness Lodge/ club level. How do I now get my magic bands that I have paid for?? I have tried phoning, had my TA who held my old reservation call, gone on chat numerous times, and Have found no resolution to this... .I don't know what to do since we will no longer be checking into the Yacht club Nov 14. I live in Canada and they don't mail to Canada magic bands. Even if I could just have my bands for next year to use, I'd be happy! if not , I would prefer a refund so we can get new ones next trip. Can anyone help me figure out how I will be able to get our bands??
