Magic Band order wiped out?

Our trip is mid-May. Made our Magic Band order about a month ago. This morning I received an email saying
"We are reaching out about the recent MagicBand order you made through My Disney Experience.
We were unable to complete your recent order. You were not charged for the purchase.
You may visit My Disney Experience and make new selections for your MagicBands."

I thought maybe I had to choose one band but looks like they cleared our entire family's selections. Two of our choices are no longer available.

Is this a common problem or are we just really lucky?
 
It could be that you got the message because bands were no longer available. I am sorry the stock ran out, but I think the best option is to clear out the order and start over, to reduce the chance of error on the entire order.
 
I discovered Disney cleared the entire order when I logged in this morning. I have an email from 3 weeks ago confirming the order but I guess they discovered one of them was no longer available when they filled our order so they cleared it all. Frustrating that my daughter missed out on the one that she really wanted.
