Our trip is mid-May. Made our Magic Band order about a month ago. This morning I received an email saying
"We are reaching out about the recent MagicBand order you made through My Disney Experience.
We were unable to complete your recent order. You were not charged for the purchase.
You may visit My Disney Experience and make new selections for your MagicBands."
I thought maybe I had to choose one band but looks like they cleared our entire family's selections. Two of our choices are no longer available.
Is this a common problem or are we just really lucky?
