Magic Band+ Order Glitch?

I just logged into my MDE to check the status for my Magic Band+ order and it looks like the order has completely disappeared. I ordered the day they became available and the order has been processing since. I was one of the ones who never received a confirmation email. Now, when I go to "My Magic Bands and Cards," it looks like I never ordered them to start with and it lets me create an entire new order if I want. Has this happened to anyone else?

Edited: Actually the order is still there in my order history, but it does look like it would let me order them all over again if I wanted to. Which I actually may try doing for my son because he decided he wanted one after I submitted the order..
