Magic Band Decor question

Can i put stone sticker over the MICKEY located in the middle of the band? or it is suppose to not be touched?

As long as there is no metal/foil you should be fine.

There is a thread in the theme parks community forum dedicated to decorated magic bands that you could go through to see if anyone used stickers/reported any problems with them.
