Magic Band charging for kids

I setup my account online to allow Magic Band charging for our whole family.
Is there a way to eliminate the PIN for my kids but put a $ limit on them? Or a different simple PIN?

Would like them to be able to purchase food themselves if needed but want to make sure there's no chance of bigger charges. They won't need the PIN if there's a $ limit.

I don't think you can limit the money, but you might be able to setup multiple PINs. Of course, without the dollar limit, what's the point?

Maybe you could give the kids a gift card they can use for getting food. They're easier to use than the Magic Bands, require no PIN, and they can't overspend. If you want to limit transactions, get a bunch of smaller value cards (like $10) and issue them as needed.

I can't completely remember how, but I think I was able to assign different PINs to each band. I believe on the resort spending breakdown it was organized by band.

I would LOVE an option to assign spending limits to each band. Each of my boys has a set amount of spending money on each trip, and I would LOVE if that could be handled through their bands and separated by their PINs. As it is, they each have gift cards in their spending amounts that I end up having to carry everywhere, which wrecks the whole convenience aspect of having a band for spending!

On or most recent last trip over New Years we were able to set different pins for each magic band but charging was all or nothing.

They won't need the PIN if there's a $ limit.

The pin is so that strangers can't use a found MB. So you would have a pin regardless. But they don't seem to have this capability.

A lanyard with a hard case "pouch" (I use a Witz "see it safe" case on my lanyard) would keep a GC safe and handy.
