Magic Band assistance needed!

Ok, so I have booked our accommodation through Disney Vacation Club online.
I am going to book my tickets through Attraction Tickets Direct.
How do I go about linking them up so I can book fast passes?
Also, is everyone getting magic bands now or do you have to wait for an invite?!

Your reservation should show in your MDE account and will automatically allocate your magic bands.

With tickets you need actually physical tickets to be able to link them at the moment and get FP+ booked. There were issues with UK will call tickets that I don't know if they have fixed.
