Oh my! Lots of pixie dust and prayers and all the good thoughts I can muster coming at you from Connecticut. It sounds scary but also sounds like Kerri is one tough lady! Please keep us posted. Your poor nephew. I wish I could give you both big hugs.

On a brighter note, holy DVC mojo you have going! Congrats! You are going to have a great trip!! I have to admit that when the first pictures of the BLT rooms came out I was not that intrigued but I've heard so many great reports since then that I'm thinking I've got to give it a try at least once.

The clincher, for me, was the DVC tour when my guide showed me I could relax with a glass of wine in the jacuzzi tub with a view of Wishes. SOLD! There's probably one room in the whole resort in which you can do that but gosh darn it I want to find it!!

Glad your DH is excited about the trip too. I know it's going to be a good one. Especially since we will get a chance to meet!

Thanks Christine! I figure a little pixie dust and prayers can only lead to good things! She is definitely a tough cookie! I know that she'll be ok but it's so scary! I feel so bad for my nephew! He's such a good kid and so sweet! He loves my parents so much so I know having them there is making him feel better! I ordered him a build a bear today and had it sent to him! I figure it's a big, giant hug in a round about way!


I'm so excited about changing the reservation! I don't know how I got so lucky! But, I'm glad I did!

I wasn't all that fond of BLT either! Seeing the model I kinda felt like it wasn't for me. But, hearing so many good things and seeing so many beautiful pictures I started to come around! Then we had opportunity to see the model again at the Doorway to Dreams Store and I really thought I could enjoy staying there!

Supposedly you can watch Wishes from the jacuzzi tub in any of the MK view rooms! I intend to try it out! You'll be one of the first ones to know the truth

I admit, the sheer fact that there's a jacuzzi tub in the rooms sold me on DVC Ok, really I was sold before we even took the tour BUT the jacuzzi is a nice bonus! I know now not to put bubble bath in it and turn on the jets

Sorry your sister is so sick. I really hope she recovers quickly and the tests show why she passed out. Please keep us posted as to her progress!

Thanks MaryEllen! She's supposed to be seeing a nephrologist (I think) who is supposed to be some sort of genius and can hopefully put all the pieces together and figure it out! My mom said the one of the doctors from the practice came in yesterday and was there for over an hour. My mom said she asked 100's of questions and took very detailed notes. My mom was very impressed. The doctor also said that they have almost all of my sisters medical records at this point and are in the process of going through them. I really hope they can pinpoint it now!

Awesome about BLT! Lucky you! We went to visit there last August since we felt it was our duty as DVC members to check it out and it did seem really neat. And reading everyone else's TRs/seeing pictures makes me want to stay there even more.

I have screwed up my points so royally with all this changing and moving I went from having no 2010 points to having 74 that I have to bank before the end of the month! Unless, of course I use them to book a new reservation for, I don't know, May!
