Magic and Merriment..worth it?

I just realized we will be arriving at WDW the last day of D23's Magic and Merriment. Is it worth it to shift our trip a few days to go to the whole thing? How bad are the crowds? I am hoping to get to do the castle peek (pending of course they do it this year) on monday, but if I dont get to I will not be too upset.

M&M is a two full day event, although this year they are having two of them. They have still not posted details or pricing, but it will probably be about $200 per person for the two-days.

And this event will normally sell out within a few minutes of opening up for tickets.

The only way I would make a trip date change is if you are actually registered for the event.
