This was what I was able to work out for us so far:

Mon LTT 1:15 pm arrival day I was also able to get The Wave for 6pm dinner. Need to decide!
Tues WCC 11:50 lunch
Wed Shutters 5:25
Thurs San Angel 12pm or Chef France 4:40 still not sure?
Fri 50's Prime Time 11am

Instead of dinners we could only find lunch times for our sit down meals. We'll just have to flip flop and do our counter service for our dinner.

Which would you keep San Angel or Chef France.
Do you think any character dining will open up. Should we check when we arrive?

I would keep Chefs de France as that restaurant always gets consistently good reviews. However, San Angel is beautiful too. Deciding is always tough - I always go with my gut feel though! Good Luck and enjoy your dining on your trip!:cool1:

Thanks! It is hard to decide. I'll print off some of the menus and let my mom help decide too! It seems as if I was making all the decisions but after all I'm the one who does the research for the trips!

Definitely do Chefs de France and cancel San Angel. We really enjoyed our meal at Chefs last year and you might get to see Remy during your lunch! Chefs gets much better reviews and seems to be more consistent.

On your first day if you have to decide between LTT or the Wave, based on food selection I would choose the Wave. The food is more different than your typical theme park food and the setting is a nice break from the park. That being said, with it being your first day, you may want to stay in the park and do LTT for lunch so you have more park time :confused3

It's not that the food is necessarily bad at LTT, its just better food IMO at The Wave :thumbsup2

Chefs de France ADR. The food is much better. Enjoy the atmosphere in the Mexico pavilion while waiting for the ride.

Thanks for the great advice! We did LTT for dinner when the characters used to visit so we do know what to expect but I think lunch is different though and not family style if I remember correct. Usually on our first day we get in really early 9:30 and let my son swim and relax and then we do dinner and stay in a park until he gets tired.
